I don't understand why the groomer was so rough with the kitten. It was already traumatized and I see groomers who are much more gentle. What country was this in? Thank you Canada

@bettykarafilis1784 I have complained about this as well because I felt the groomer wasn't trained well, and he was afraid of spicy kitten, he said.
