Bakers Garden Buildings - Our 10 Year Warranty

By using house specification materials, we are capable of providing a 10-year warranty, zero maintenance, and a 50-year life expectancy for each of our garden buildings.
This is attributed to the materials we use and the way we build and construct our garden rooms.
Some of the materials we use include:
Doors and windows:
• For smaller garden rooms, UPVC doors and windows are employed.
• In larger garden rooms (or as an upgrade), aluminium windows are used.
Our French double doors, along with the inline, tri-sliding, and bi-folding doors, are crafted with aluminium.
Cladding and roof:
• The cladding of most of our buildings is made with MTX (Medite Tricoya Extreme), which comes with a 50-year guarantee.
• Fire-rated cement board is used on panels near boundaries and walls, offering a cost-effective alternative to MTX without the need for maintenance.
• As for the roof, our buildings are equipped with EPDM rubber roofs, providing a 20-year guarantee and a 50-year life expectancy.
Our unique approach, employing MTX and cement board, ensures a lasting, appealing appearance for years to come. While a repaint every 10 years may be necessary, this is purely for visual appeal rather than for longevity purposes.
