I am going to try to watch The Irate Gamer videos every day because they motivate me to be creative.
I do too, actually. It's actually impressive how much he did the show on his own. Makes me feel like I'm capable of doing something on my own, y'know?
Must say that I've binge watched all your irate gamer content from episode 1 S1, and your definitely improving ^^
So here's the thing, I actually appreciate the iRate Gamer, I know that alot of people give him crap for basically coming out after AVGN, I don't consider his work a carbon copy, tho the two are similar, what's cool is that they do have different styles, iRate Gamer also reviews games AVGN has not, the reviews are different, but also it's cool to get both working at the same time, because they can't keep up with the fans all the time, so I appreciate both putting content out there, and I hope to see more.
0:45 took me a while to realize that it was the “Irate Gamer” theme song slowed down
great video, altho i dont see is as much as a review to be honest, its more like short a opinion on the game without any real info..

Considering how long it takes Chris to put out videos, this was a good, short litlle mini-sode. And I lol'ed when Wilson got hit with the video game.
i'm glad the irate is back to his old, SUCCESSFUL way of making videos, game reviews with moderate acting
@Irategamer I agree. I am a fan of both, and any real fan of retro games should appreciate both Irate and AVGN just to hear reviews of old games. You make the videos, I will keep watching 'em.

I like that story telling concept, it makes the Irate gamer show more original! Good work!
While the running time was disappointingly short, this was very well done.

No doubt about it, when it comes to classic video game reviews, Chris has the power. I just hope Chris takes a break from classic reviews and does the next chapter of the History of Video Games

Both Iragegamer and AVGN should collaborate on a video where each poses as the angry gamer that they are in a parallel universe, whom at some point must swap places. With their simultaneous appearance in a single video people might finally come to realize that these two reviewers are separate entities, neither trying to copy the other.
I was expecting Rob to turn into some kind of killer machine or an airplan...like he-man turned his Tiger into a Sabertooth Tiger with a seat so he could ride him
FINALLY, getting back to the good stuff. These are the kind of videos I want to see.

At 1:19, I love how that's the same waiting music he uses from the ROB review.
I loved this game on the Atari 2600! One of my favorites on that system. Awesome to see it get some love. Er...hate. Never knew about the Intellivision version so it was cool to see that. Another great vid.
Could skip out on the sidestorie's, i like the part when you became he-man, looked funny ^^ but yeah, and a little less special effects, a little more reviewing. But this one what your best video in months.
Oh Gawd, that was my first Intellivision game along with Burger Time! I was blown away by how awesome Greyskull Castle looked. Ah, major flashback.
He-Man is actually one of the unsung gems of the Atari, it has decent music, fun game play and good graphics (though long and a little repetitive, but if that's your issue with an Atari 2600 game, don't ever play the Atari 2600). I remember having a lot of fun playing this game years ago.

Another great (and hilarious) game review from my favorite game reviewer. Reviewing all the 'old school' games, that I much prefer over today's video games. It'd be cool if Chris would were shirt oriented towards what he's review, such as like on this review wearing a He-Man t-shirt. Anyway, loved the review.

HD for a retroshow? Games does not need that stuff and the IG himself is not so pretty. Sure, there is nothing bad with the camcoder resolution, but in the title HD is just out of place.
Only thing I don't like is the new theme music is FAR too short and it doesn't get us pumped up for the review like his old one did. Maybe if this new one played for more than a half a second, it will get us pumped up lol.

So much nostalgia and LoLs in this episode, I loved it! I remember watching that cartoon with my brother back in the day (and he watched She-Ra with me, but don't tell him I said that xP!).

How do you get storyline in your game reviews?
It was funny at parts but you seemed to rush through it, I thought of some jokes while I watched this that you didn't even mention. Laughed at the Assassin's creed thing though.
