Hi, great video! I’m just curious to know if you’re considering coming back to the US. I’m a New Yorker and go back to India to see my parents every year but can’t imagine moving back there because I feel my kids are better raised in the US with the freedom they enjoy here. Your thoughts on that?

People from some states like Punjab, Kerela, Gujarat and Andhra are clear about the need to migrate abroad.

Actually Maharshtrian send most remittance although some come to India as Mumbai and Pune still have better paying jobs and business opportunities

@Dattebayo3089 I think Kerala people are the top. In fact the state runs on remittance from the gulf

@@Drganguli no Marathi are. Cuz most marathi do white collar jobs. And many Marathi Businessmen don't work in India they go abroad. Kerla, punjabi ppl go most abroad. Bt white collar jobs and businesses earn most and hence they send most remittance. I'm from Mumbai and I'm currently living in us. And in Mumbai Maharashtra most businesses don't give jobs to marathi cuz cheap labour of up/Bihar and Bangladesh is there to work more hrs in less salary

    • @Drganguli

@Dattebayo3089 I am also in us but this is new for me. Most Marathi I see are professionals. I see only Gujarati and Marwari businessmen

@@Drganguli try to find them in non retail, non restaurant businesses in Mumbai. There businesses exist of cheap labor of up biahri not on skills or r&d, tech. u can google Marathi businesses list on qupra or google etc. Marathi does businesses which are products based. We just don't do retail, restaurants or motels like baniya businesses. We mostly do IT, healthcare, real estate, law, tuition, manufacturing, wines, beer, agriculture based businesses. And if u know in these businesses abroad is a better location. Cuz in India r&d sucks. Many Bengalis, mallus, telugu also do more businesses abroad than India. India is actually sold to some 10-20 businessmen oligars. In usa here many gujjus have retail businesses bt they don't earn much. Infact in usa engineers earn more than retail store. Cuz in developed countries there is min wage and strict income tax laws. In India if they make strict min wage and income tax laws all retail businesses will fail. And nowadays I think e commerce is booming in India. So many retail businesses are against it. Piyush goel I think last month said something again e-commerce. Cuz baniyas now can't survive as they are not good in tech or non cheap labor businesses

Every time you make a video on this topic. it feels that your soul is still in the US. There is a sense of superiority the way you talk just because you went to a fancy business school. Why don't you just go back to the US and start a business there? At least you will be free from guilt. You always compare apples with the oranges which is wrong.

No place like home! But to follow an “ American dream “ on needs to be mentally prepared/ tough and have the required skills/ grit! Why smart India/ talent is fleeing the country is anybody’s guess! Every single one overseas wants that broken systems at home are fixed and think seriously about the environmental toxins in food, water and air that are at the root cause of many a disease in India 🇮🇳! We also need enhanced civic awareness/ sense: people throw garbage on the streets and spit in public places; don’t know how to follow a queue/ line: as though everyone is in a perpetual competition with everyone else around! Systems never work in India 🇮🇳, endemic corruption, adulteration, pollution and child exploitation etc! Chaotic traffic, heat and dust! Ultimately: there is no one- size- fits- all solution ! Pause and ponder 🤔
