@@source6893 It will be LONG GONE before you even have to think about it. The combination of Sugar and High level of alcohol make a natural preservation process. Bateria which causes spoiling cant grow in that environment.
The quality of your coco powder must be really good. Mine doesn't come out with that dark, rich colour. May be I'll try again with another brand. And btw, thank you so much for your videos. I'm trying your banana wine recipe and I just hope it comes out as clear (and good) as yours.

Depending on how you are preparing the beans. This is just a guess, I have no tried it. Maybe boil the liqueur just for a short time then set in fridge. The cocoa butter will solidify on top, while the powder settles out in the water. You should end up with a layer of fat, then a layer of water and then the powder that you will later set to dry.
Did you make the liquor? can you tell me how much vanilla powder you used? I am hesitant because I don't understand what 0,5 g means...half a gram? would you know what that is in "teaspoon" measurement?

I never heard of vanilla powder..I have vanillin sugar, and I have pure vanilla extract-which I used..about 1/4 teaspoon..came out perfect!
