I have visited Niagara falls in July 2010. VERY NICE AND WORTH SEEING FALLS. I remembered my past days after seeing this wonderful video. MANY MANY THANKS. SOMEONE RETURN MY BEAUTIFUL LOST DAYS
It's amazing to have lived a long life and to remember walking all the way to the very end of the tunnels under the falls, seeing the great curve of the horseshoe from behind it, and to remember the far greater flow of water in the early 1950's, but your video is truly spectacular, and even now, if you stand at the railing and imagine the falls the way they were 200 years ago, you will be thrilled. Thanks for posting. This is a really great video adventure.
You will see nothing but smiles and expressions of AWE on the faces of Niagara visitors. We live in Michigan about 250 miles away - so we're lucky it's close enough to visit fairly often. We had our honeymoon there 46 years ago and today only the falls themselves is the same - but the towns of Niagara on both sides are still very nice. Been there about 8 times since I was 9 yrs old and the falls are still amazing to me. :)
the most breathtaking vid of the falls ever----i visited the falls in 2007 but i didnt get to see even 1/4 of what you showed us here ---tim your vids r totally incredible --wow and a grand finale with the fireworks---ty sooo much for sharing your travels with us xoxoxox
Loved it, and I really like how you captured the experience of the Maid of the Mist...experiencing the roar, the spray, and the power. I always tell people that if they only have time to do one thing in Niagara Falls, ride the Maid of the Mist!
Beautiful.... I have really bad memory but I've walked through almost every corner of every street during the time I got lost in it. It kind of gets implanted in our heads.
From Niagara Falls NY, but now living in Florida since I retired from the US Navy in 88. Have not been home since 99. Been watching the videos here and now homesick. Since I retired from my civilian job in September may just go home for a while even though I don't have any family there any more
Thank you for this fantastic show about Niagara Falls the last time I was there was over 10 years or more and not much has changed the falls are as awesome as always and I have seen them about 20 times as I lived in Toronto for three years and just loved going to Niagara and had to do the falls all the time and Clifton Hill was a blast I always had such fun there and still have so many meromeries off all the great time's I have again I thank You so very much for this great Movie not just a clip.
Lovely video thanks for sharing...I have been to the falls at least fifty times, however I have never been on the maid of the midst, I really never thought it was too exciting until I watched your video! Now I would love to get that close :) Great job, God Bless :)
Originally from Niagara Falls USA but now live in the Florida panhandle (first Pensacola now Panama City) since retiring from the US Navy in 1988. Went home last year for the first time in many years to attend the 50th Reunion of NFHS Class of 1964, and was both saddened and heartened by my visit. As usual the Falls itself and the parks are beyond fantastic and the Canadian city continues to grow and thrive. Unfortunately the American city was so depressing, half the houses on both streets that I grew up on were abandoned, all the schools that I attended are either abandoned or being used for other purposes. Only area that is thriving is along Pine Avenue, now called "Little Italy". Saddened as I was from the visit I will always be proud to say "I'm from Niagara Falls"
+Bob Sit thank you . What a great video! most professional. it is so complete. I hope the experience of the reunion continues to inspire you. you contributed so much with this video
it is very well shot! I live just 196 kilo. from this area. I go there when I can. The casinos are nice on the Canadaian side, and also the attractions are most spetacular. on the Candian side. Hell lets face it, the American side has seen nothing but failure in developing and good attractions, but maybe is getting better. You can see everything from our side plus we have fun stuff to do. On the American you can look at the river and boarded up buildings and factories.
Nicely done. video speaks for itself, and it feels like being there in person, but still whets the appetite to go there.
