Switching from the dated heavier warmer tan-browm to the more modern neutral gray-brown (taupe) is a good move. 👍 Although not a fan of the wide door-less master bath, I think it's exceptionally nice for a single wide. Especially the separate toilet area & built-linen cabinet. Your homes aren't fancy & fussy but they appear to be solidly built & well planned. Saved this home too, to my favorites list for future reference :)

Love the island!! The high top is nice with the sink side lower. The storage in it is great too! And a pantry!!! Really nice! Not a fan of carpet! But I know that can be changed.

Really like this home only thing I would change is the master bathtub/shower to a walk in shower. I wouldn't change anything else.
I wish they sold Solitaire homes in Montana because they have some nice homes and I really do like this one. If I ever move back to New Mexico I would require into purchasing a Solitaire home but I moved back home to Montana.
Yes a few people are not happy with the tub / shower combo. But it is still a good home :)
I would've liked to see the attic space.
These have a sealed attic space.
I would hope there is an option for a hard surface floor throughout rather than the carpet. A solid floor is much easier to keep clean and doesn't hold mold or mildew like carpets can. There's a lot to like about this home, I especially like the Master closet being separate from the bath, so many manufacturers put the closet insode the bathroom, again a mold and mildew concern. In the master bathm and the second bath as well, I think a Formica or vinyl panel above the tub inserts would be a good idea to protect the drywall from moisture intrusion. And in th maste bath again I think there should be an option for a different setup rather than just the tub/shower combo, perhaps a couple of options. One being simply a nice, low curb, walkin shower stall large enough for a shower chair. Another could be substituting a walkin tub system for the existing shower/tub without having to buy the existing only to have it torn out and replaced, costing even more money for someone who may well have need of one or the other of these variations. And while I'm on this subject, maybe make a selling point of having ALL of the homes meet, or exceed ADA standards, which include 36" doorways to accommodate a wheelchair. Porches with ramps can be added to create access, front and rear. This could possibly set your company apart from the rest of the manufacturers. Finally, there should be some sort of wood or gas heat source offered for each home. These would come in handy in the event of a power outage and the utilization of an emergency generator. You asked for imput, I have now offered such as a senior citizen and one who has gone through some severe weather.

Get rid of the gray, put in lighter cabinets or white cabinets, a lighter carpet and throw the drapes away then I’d like it.

I really don't like the tub/shower in the master bathroom.
Tub has been deleted from this floor plan. 60” shower is now standard.
We just bought one with 2 master bedrooms and 2 master baths. But we're still having to get cracking fixed that happens while moving it. These houses are over priced.
I don’t think so. Even if you bought one from a factory direct store. It is the best value and construction for the money. You made a good choice!
