I’ll have to check this Marine Collagen out. Thank you for sharing. I’ll also have to research type 1 since I’ve been taking type 2 & 3 for at least 6 months and my nails have been growing like a weed and I think my hair since it’s now past bra-strap length which I haven’t had since I was a kid. I’ve tried green tea and I just don’t like the taste. I will keep tryin. Yes! Most people didn’t know but my two front teeth were crowns and they were horrible quality! I had Invisalign also. I found a good dentist and he made my smile soo much better… your smile and your teeth are sooo important ! I’m happy for you girl!!

I definitely will look into it and make a video but collagen is naturally found in animals. However they do have a vegan supplement I can take that will enhance the bodies ability to produce more collagen. It just won’t be collagen
I'm not vegan, but one of the teas I like (I think it's called blue pea tea or something similar) supposedly enhances colleges production.

He had a sister but they had them separated because they were not fixed at the time she was also very sweet but there’s nooo way I can do two cats a 5 year old and 2 dogs lol at least not now lol
