Weirdo is definitely cousin of Pennywise.Your short is better than many full lenght so-called horror films.

Gabby did a very nice job. Script was goo until the end which I thought was a bit of a letdown. Was hoping to see Gabby in one of the last peeks at the book. Anyway, well done! Kudos!
That was really good! I was kind of thinking that when she saw Weirdo and started backing away from the bed, hands shoot out from under the bed and grab her ankles, pulling her under.

This should be made into a feature film just like they did lights out ( although the RUclips version of lights out was much more scarier then the big screen movie imo) but this was definitely one of the many many great RUclips horror films that I’ve seen
Bloody Brilliant! Very talented lady. Very scary weirdo. Very excellently written and very impressively executed. Bravo!
Obviously superb in every way -- design, acting, cinematography -- but the ending is lacking for me, Instead of her cowering in fear, and him grabbing at her, how about some kind of a fun or clever twist at the end. Like she has a cat and he's scared of it, or he's allergic to it, which could be funny. Or SHE'S not a regular girl or she has a surprising knowledge or defense against him and is not actually defenseless against him. Or, surprise, Weirdo's angry and jealous WIFE -- like him in appearance but feminine, shows up to drag him, looking defeated, out of there. Or the POWER comes back on, the lights turn on, and dot dot dot. I dunno, in general, I prefer a formidable woman -- give me a little "Buffy"!
Killer concept that's extremely well-executed. Definitely some "Babadook"-adjacent inspiration, although this is just as creepy, but with 100% less obnoxious child. Oh, and Gabby Carbon is a star. Not in the making, but just IS right out of the gate.
Good acting and cute artwork style on the storybook.

This was great. You know it's good when you got me feeling bad for the main character in under 9 minutes. Hope to see more Weirdo, and I hope that Daisy is somehow okay.

I love the look of weirdo,also gotta love a tall man as an antagonist,ive always been irrationally scared of people that are too tall and its nice to see im not the only one who finds very tall people creepy lol.
