I think we need to rate instruments.
For woodwinds, clarinet is definitely B tier. Flute A tier. Piccolo C tier. Bass clarinet A tier. Contrabass clarinet S tier. Oboe is C tier. But bassoon gets B tier. Saxiphone is D tier. C tier for barirne sax. F for soprano sax.
Any disagreements?
I'll do brass and strings another time.

Soprano sax is like A or B tier in my opinion. Piccolo would be B tier because I have a bias for smaller instruments. And oboe would be A tier because I play it so bias there
