Evil Saitama might be coming sooner than you think! In the most recent chapters of the One Punch Man Manga, we saw how much of a god Saitama really is. After Genos was killed, Saitama completely loses it and disregards the safety of the planet by throwing a Serious Punch as the same time as Garou. This lack of compassion is just one small piece to a larger puzzle.
Today I talk about the Evil Saitama theory and how it might be coming true sooner than you think.

@@gammafrost Nope, Homeless Emperor was a normal dude who became the Mid-dragon after God, whereas Glasses is already on Demon level (B Class Rank but he stood his ground against Garou) and he can become Above Dragon for sure. I don't know whether he would become Disaster level "God" though.

Genos in Chapter 169 said that there is a timeline where Saitama is standing naked while everyone on earth is dead. I'm guessing the naked depressed Saitama is gonna be "evil Saitama" or maybe an avatar of GOD or something. Maybe he will get manipulated by GOD and fight present Saitama.

I doubt evil saitama would be a thing like we already kinda had that through garou it will look like repeating he same arc again and I don't think anyone can create an evil copy of saitama because Dr Genus was trying create his whole life and he 1 of the smartest characters of saitama. If there will be evil saitama it will just be saitama getting out of control like he did when he threw that 1st serious punch onto garou without caring about the damage it will do to everything and everyone around.
If they make a clone of saitama in the state he were in that moment, i think the clone would not have the growth of saitama and its ilimited power. And saitama you keep growing in that time when the one apears, he would just one punch the clone. Unless the clone gets power from god

I personally think God is Saitama from a different timeline, like when garou gave saitama time travel he went back in time but it created a new timeline where saitama never got time travel and he was forced to live for millions of years alone because he was simp,y to strong and he decided to just give up And go into a slumber and eventually the environments have grown all around him and his mind became corrupted, eventually he figured out time travel and decided that he’s gonna go back to his past (our timeline) but when he arrived he figured out that he’s now a completely different person than his current self and in his grief he travels farther back in time and by then his mind is so corrupt he simply forgets who he once was and now is the embodiment of evil **god**

I think if they made a copy, it would be imperfect like Garou thinking he was copying and still so far behind. Maybe evil Saitama but only the power he would have in his sleep.

if there ever is an evil saitama arc in the future, i still think good-guy saitama will still win no matter how strong evil version is.....because saitama is defies logic. So even if evil saitama has limitless growth/potential to improve, good-guy saitama can suddenly use a move or do something that will defy logic and overwhelm evil version....it all goes back to ONE saying that Saitama is a parody character that defies logic
And following this theory concept I can say, that that cosmonaut in the chapter 139 "Abyss" could be not Blast and Saitama or someone, how a lot of people think. It could be good Saitama in space, on the left side (because we can see him on a shoulder of space suit) and evil saitama in the depth of the ocean, in the "abyss", on the right. They are the same person, just in different suits, in different worlds...
Also, space suit and pressure suit are both suits, they are the same just used for different purpose

You got it all wrong, you think Saitama was "clinging on to Genos for support" like he said about Tareo, but right after that Garou realizes that Saitama was ALSO trying to save someone close to him, as he was still holding Genos' core. Saitama is meant to be the "Ultimate hero" as Genos himself said.
If one does a multiverse arc kinda like DC or dragon ball with a sinister saitama they could easily weave in a evil saitama

When DC comics Flash went back in time to change the fate of his mom, or when Marvel's Spider Man went back in time so that his identity would not be revealed, it caused a ripple effect in the timeline and created multiverses. I don't see why Saitama going back in time to save everyone would not have done the same thing. I think it would be cool to see Manga Saitama meet up with web comic Saitama and anime Saitama. Or have a dark Saitama become aware of the existence of a good Saitama. Maybe a scenario like Injustice where the hero factions break up into two groups fighting for supremacy. Dark Saitama vs Good Saitama. Metal Bat vs Metal Blade. Demon Cyborg vs Devil Cyborg. Oh the possibilities.

I have a wild theory that seems far fetch but what if God in the one punch universe is actually Saitama? Now my reason to come to that speculation is what if in a timeline far in the future something happened that made Saitama want to go back in time to prevent from happening but after countless times going back in time his body warped into the form he has now. I mean Garou had that monster armor (I call it his berserker armor) after countless battles he's been through so what if that same being said to Saitama.
Again this is theory but reason I think that is maybe something happened like maybe he was accused of killing a hero or maybe something happen to Genos that was he tried desperately to save but couldn't no matter how many times he goes back time to try to change an outcome.
I have a theory, maybe Saitama is god because maybe god is from a universe where he didn't time travel, he was lonely and dark he stretched the universe and travel to Multiverse to find his home but end up fighting things like enemies and is sad trying erase humanity because their the reason they become monster

Copying Satiama's power seems too far-fetched. Garou had a literal fraction of god's power and weren't even close to copy Saitama's power. I think One let us clearly know that copying Saitama power will never been an option. Like if Garou with god's power wasn't able to copy Saitama, then 100% some gathered data won't be enough either.
But at the same time, theory about evil Saitama sounds plausible, tho I prefer much more the other theory. The one, that god will bring other Saitama from parallel universe (using something like Blast power). But this Saitama, from other universe, will be the one who haven't gone through his training, but accepted god's power. Like maybe for this Saitama from other universe the training was too intense. Maybe he was doing 99 push-ups, 99 sit-ups, 99 squats, run 9 km every day. Eat 2 meals a day instead of 3. Skipped banana in the morning or was using AC and heating and never went bald. So he had to take a shortcut and accept god's power.
In my opinion, that's what current manga episodes try to show, that copying Saitama is out of the table. On the other hand, last episode opened parallel universes and timelines. It will be direct mirroring of Blast. Blast uses dimensional traveling to gather the most powerful people from different universes to fight god. So god will gather his army (evil Saitama from another universe) to defeat this Saitama (and obviously fail as Saitama training routine is superior to god's power).
Garou was actually able to copy Saitama except growth. Saitama was just kept getting stronger and stronger Garou fail to keep it up with it

I don't know Saitama seems to have too much of a good moral compass to go bad. We already saw him lose Genos and everyone on earth from what we saw and he still maintained his restraint by not killing Garou. He was very lucid once the fight was finished as well and looked like he was going to mourn with maturity.

Even after the lost of Genos he still kept his promise to that kid, no doubt he can destroy the whole galaxy and even more than that if he lost his mind completely. I think he is above all that but, he still feels the needs of some ground to stay human, because what is a human without another human?

Well, you have an interesting theory (am gonna say theory because the way i see it it's not confirmed yet) and i also liked that you kept this an open topic able to be discussed on. But keep in mind that Saitama is not like you described being completely careless about others aside from Genos, and let me tell you why it's not like that...
But before we get to this point let's first talk about your quotes about Saitama and Garou.
So when Saitama said that he kinda feel obliterating the whole plant, it's true Saitama felt like that but don't forget there is a difference between when someone just say something without doing it and when someone say something that meant to be done! So for Saitama when he said that he didn't really mean that he want to do it and rather he say "i feel" or "i kinda feel" and that means he just had enough from all of that noises and destructions and he just want to be left alone and that is an important or a very important thing for Saitama that he just want to be left alone with peace and calm, you can see that through the whole anime and manga that like whenever someone invade his privacy and home he will be pissed off just like any normal guy would feel, for example if someone came to your house and do some damage to it how would you feel about it? Of course you're going to be pissed and maybe you will think about doing the same to him or something similler like maybe damaging his car but the question remains is that are you gonna do it or you just thought about it because it was a moment of anger and you didn't really mean to do that? I think you get my point here.
And when Garou said "there is no way a person with that kind of power can keep in their right mind" i think you understood it the opposit way, because what Garou meant (and here i'll just rephrase what he said to explain to you what he meant by that statement) is that "how can he keep his mind and think straight while he is holding that much power?" so Garou here is surprised that Saitama is still thinking straight and didn't loose his mind even with that amount of power.
And now back to our point which is what you claim about Saitama being careless and only thinks about Genos, here like i said you are wrong because Saitama do think about others and not just Genos and also you can see that in different scenes in the anime and the manga too, i'll mention some of them, in the anime in episode one when he saved that littile ugly kid, and maybe you will say that he didn't have his power back then, but no it doesn't matter if he had it or not because even at that moment Saitama was so bored and almost lifless to the point that the monster himself didn't lay any hand on Saitama (no monster would do that and leave a human by his own) and when he saw the kid he said that it's not his business but when the monster attack the kid, Saitama just couldn't leave him to the monster and he jumped to save the kid without even thinking about himself and that tell us that Saitama do care about others even if he just met them and also tell us that he thought he won't do anything but his act was completely the opposit of what he thought as you see. And when the deep sea king shows and Saitama talk to the hero association through the phone and they tell him that there are people and heros fell down by the monster we see him rush to thay place, if he don't care about others why would he do that in the first place? Not just save the heros or the people but also he sacrificed one of the most things he wanted which being recognized by others and he pretended that he stole the victory just so the heros can take the credits, again if he don't care why would he do such thing? We also see him in one of the ova episodes when he is followed by Bang and there is this car moving fast and we see Saitama speed up and run to save what he thought was a cat on the road, again we see him even care about animals and not just humans. Even in the manga the whole fight between him and Garou he didn't want to kill Garou even him knowing that Garou killed his closest one (Genos) infront of his eyes just because he gave his word to the kid for not killing Garou! If he don't care why would he keep his word even after what Garou did? There are so many examples but i'll just stop by these and i think you get what i mean now.
And now the only question remains is that why Saitama throw his serious punch? Didn't he care about the others or the earth? Well, it is a simple answer, first the heros were not dead but they were unconscious and the proof to that is Blast himself saying thst he should teleport the heros away from the battlefield, if they are dead why would he think like that? The only one who died was Genos! Second Saitama didn't know that Garou can copy his serious punch also he already saw Blast power so he knew what he will do.

Question, what if the entity known as GOD is actually an alternate version of Saitama that underwent the transformation to a monster.

The cloning idea from the data of kuseno is an interesting idea. I thought evil Saitama might appear from another timeline, since after 168 there is the possibility of a multiverse. But I guess that would only work if the evil Saitama didn't merge with real Saitama when they meet.
I think he'll remember time travel at the end of the series to take god back to the beginning of tine for the Big Bang Punch.
