    Great video! I so can relate as I'm very sensitive to stimulating foods as well. Even seeds I feel high after eating them.

    So.... there should be a disclaimer here. This video is an opinion. It puts raw food vegan diets over other vegan diets for health and emotional reasons. Anyone who is on a vegan diet, who does not have an eating disorder, most likely does not eat cooked food because it is comforting. They eat it because it tastes good, is part of a balanced lifestyle. "The heavy feeling" of cooked food doesn't apply to them as such. They are either sated, or not sated by what they eat. The "more more more" feeling is also part of an eating disorder. People without an eating disorder eat food for health, fuel, and flavor. There are plenty of vegan diets, and to each his/her own, as long as we are healthy.
