Both videos were excellent, with lots of details and insight. Thanks for posting up. Can't wait to see the asking price when it hits your dealership's website. Appreciate it guys!!
This is the best truck channel on RUclips. I just bought an 89 Sierra this summer, but y’all have me wishing I had stepped back 2 years and snatched up an 87 square body……as if I could have afforded one 🫣
Nice truck! Better yet, amazing..... The closest thing to this truck I've seen in awhile is my ex father in laws 1970 SS Chevelle LS6 that he bought new in 1970. Totally unmolested with just over 10,000 miles! He passed about 2 years ago. RIP Joe!
You didn't mention it , but that truck is somewhat of a unicorn , it's the only Custom Deluxe , with the Deluxe Front Appearance Package , that I've ever seen . Scotsdales went both ways , single or dual headlights . Speaking of the dual headlights , did you or Kenny know that you can swap the sealed beams top to bottom on a lifted truck in order to see better at night ? Or to beat the headlight height laws , 54'' to the center of the low beam in Indiana . 30 '' to the bottom of the bumpers . There was another step bumper option back then , a one piece stamping , painted or chrome and it had a diamond plate surface stamped into it . Seems to me , that the brand name was FEY , but that was 38 years ago now .
@@bobbrinkerhoff3592 you are correct on the bumper the truck that we looked at next to it. The big Red And White one actually has an FEY we still use them today. And yes, it’s a very much unicorn truck in a lot of ways such a special unit.
