    Great video, it’s help when you speak the local language. I would love to invest in the DR but don’t speak Spanish.

      @@darrend7764 yea that is true as Spanish is the main language. However, the more you deal with tourism you get to see that people know a lot more languages of course with English being secondary but I was definitely surprise with languages like Italian, portugués, German being really big

      Hello,dear,like your chanal. Planning to invest in punta cana . Next few month but I live in canada. Planning to buy in bavaro . If I put 40 procent down payment you think is possible to rent to cover mortgage, condo fees,insured. You think cover expenses is possible?. Thsnks a lot mira

      @@meloslavasevrenovski3123 Hey, it really varies depending on several factors. It’s definitely worth researching the area to see what the average income is for rentals there. I also have another video that covers tools you can use to estimate Airbnb earnings. But my top advice is to make sure you can afford the property without relying solely on rental income to cover the costs.

      @@hennessy.hostedhaus thank you sooo mach I knew that not relaying on income to pay mortgage. But if I buy in punta cana bavaro mske it cozy nice may is will work few days or couple week a month but I am sure next 2 year will bring better income.
