    My PB is only a 7:32, i got that 2 years ago. I did a 5k a month ago and got 19:54, i’m aiming for a 7:10 on my trial on Tuesday, wish me luck.

      @@josephanderson1259 Got a new PB of a 7:28 which was good, didn't get the 7:10 but I think I was being ambitious. My 5k to 2k conversion isn't good because when I am doing a 5k I can rate at 20 and hold my target split. One of my friends got a 20:40 5k and a 7:22 2k.

    This would have been helpful to watch earlier. I just did my first one today. 7:08. I died pretty hard. I'm 183 cm 40 y/o.
