He as playing the ball hard up top against a slower dude. If he played the waistline he would have had zero prob keeping him in front of him. Keep one hand up in face and closer if he pulls. Get a hand right in his face & yell. He had the speed, not the technique. One on one isn’t a great way to judge hoopers though. You can suck at 1 on 1 and be a lights out 3,4, or 5. If you’re playing 1 or 2, gotta have some handle and wiggle. 4’s & 5’s should have back down game and easy finishes if they are skilled. Hard to stop a solid 5 with zero weak side or collapsing help. These dudes are tall and so so. White dude prob used to be much better in great shape.
