Google removed this feature now in search . 😢 replaced it with creative commons license . Not sure what this is? Could you do a video for us. Thanks for the great work
Thank you! Trying to build my own website for the first time. I was under the impression that EVERY pic on the web was protected and that i had to recreate my own images by hand or my camera. Very frustrating😩😭.. THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!🙏🙏
Needed a reminder about how to do this. Its amazing how many things you realize you were taught at some point in school. But you don't remember you've been taught the lesson until someone reminds you. IDK..Or maybe its a sign I wasn't paying attention in class.
It's annoying though, my searches usually come down to 2 or 3 images only. If it's on google images, we should be able to use the images, if not, there should be some way for image owners to completely block the image to be displayed on google images if they don't want to, even if it's a copy. It's ridiculous.
Hello Leon, Thank you so much for your tutorial. I have been looking for free images for college work. it was so difficult until I found your video. I love your beautiful British accent. Regards, from New York.
I tried Google search the only option I got under the tools icon was All - Creative Common Licenses - Commercial or other licenses. Not the ones that appear in your video. Any idea why this might be?
Wow! Thank you very much for this super helpful video; I’ve been trying to find free images for my music video for a couple of weeks with no luck and you just opened a whole new world to me! Do I need to give credit to the photographer? Where would I find this information? Thanks again!
Thankyou Leon, I was worried about copyright, as I want to use images to transfer to fabric to embroider. Potentially for my own use, but who knows eh? I don't know any sites to search for as I only have a Samsung tablet not a pc and when I did as you said it didn't give me the same tool..... Sorry if this old gal is not your usual follower but we all need advice and you have been very very helpful so far. Thankyou hon
Hey thank you for sharing valuable info with us. I have a small clarification to be done. If we use make flyers and posters by including images downloaded from these sites and use those flyers as a fiverr gig image, is there any possibility to occur a problem to our account ?
Question: Upon checking the licensing requirements to 'Share & Use" these FREE images off of google. I noticed that it said, " Changing, editing, modifying, sharing & using them for commercial purposes might not be allowed." ... If that's the case, then in what way can we use these FREE images off of google ??
You can use it for your Website, Instagram Posts or any stuff you show. But you can’t sell them or use in for example a poster you want to create and then sell. This is when you need to start reaching out to the photographers and ask for their permission.
very helpful video two more questions can I use an image (if i see it is copyrighted free ofc )on my business. And does it mean if google images show that there is no image like mine (for my business) i can 100% use it for my business
I wouldnt recommend using these for an actual business logo or something, but I would say yes its fine for stock images on a website or landing page. or social account.
If I do activity artbook where I do "Beyonce" Tupac & Biggie Smalls but I use images or music video I found in internet-based search but photoshop filter to make it line art is that okay or do I have to add a background to be different from the original image I found on internet? Can it be fan art?
So WHAT happened to the " Labeled for reuse " option. I'm on a different timeline? What did CERRN DO? I see 3 options and that's not one of em. 1. Not filtered by license , 2. Creative Commons Licenses and 3. Commercial and Other Licenses. I'm stuck.
When I go to tools and usage rights for some reason the option for reuse doesn't pop up. Do you know why maybe, I used the example you showed on the video. I need help?
