    For measuring pressure at certain point
    If we obtained height h by inserting tube having diameter d into a pipeline, then the diameter will affect the height of water raised in tube..

    I had a doubt in this section where you mentioned Power. That energy loss is in which respect? I mean suppose I have a pump that is pumping the water through pipleline, is the energy loss/power is related to that pump or something else?
