I use USPS exclusively for my small business shipments. They're not perfect but overall they do a great job and are frequently cheaper than FedEx and UPS. Some of the delivery delays are caused by subcontracted long haul carriers, airlines and others. Much of their equipment is outdated and is in the process of being replaced. Nobody delivers more packages successfully than USPS. Give them a break.
