- the backgrounds are the most beautiful ones we've seen in the whole show so far
- So many different expressions on the characters' faces and they all convey the Chee's and Cofi's emotion super well

i just wanted to say how much i love the symbolism! you see chee showing cofi the poisonous flower, almost indicating how cofi can come off as harsh at first glance, but chee still finding the flower pretty despite its poison. then we see cofi pick up the bright yellow flower, yellow often being a connotation of happiness and joy, which shows chee's joyful behaviour. its also a small detail, but the fact that cofi's flower was closed when she saw it and chee's were open was another nice detail! its nice how we see both of them open up as the animation goes on, cofi showing that she isn't just a "poisonous flower" and is actually sweet when you get to know her, enforcing the idea of a sheep in wolf's clothing. overall, a great animation Kyra and i really look forward to seeing their relationship grow! edit: another detail is the amazing use of eye contact! and using timing and staging throughout was amazing! once again, great work!

Rule of thumb regarding unknown plants and fungi in the woods or other areas of un manicured nature: if you don’t know what it is, don’t touch it. Especially if it’s dark purple, (wolfsbane, deadly nightshade) shiny, (poison oak, poison ivy, manchineel AKA “the Apple of Death”) a bit too meek looking, (Destroying Angel, Death cap, Satan’s Bolete, Amethyst Deciever “Arsenic mushroom”) or appears to have a sort of fuzziness about it. (Gimpy-Gimpy, AKA the [self termination] tree, stinging nettles, thistles.)
But aside from that, fabulous. Marvelous. Very pleased for them.
