Carbonite Backup Review - Photo and Video Backup - Did not work well for me - Personal Laptop Test

Crucial 4TB SSD amzn.to/3VavxR7 I mentioned in the video. A really good buy.
(Just to note I used this as an internal drive) I uninstalled Carbonite 2 mins prior to this video.
This product completely failed me. It backed up all my photos and some files, but not my videos. Even after tech support remoted into my PC, they were unable to resolve it. I do not know what other files it may have missed but this is very concerning to me that a backup would miss certain files. When I select all files to backup, I expect them to be there not half missing.
This is my experience with the product over the last 1.5 weeks.
