exactly what differs from Henka Rule's nuisance puyos and usual ones? the type of garbage is random at each stage?

yes, there's two additional types of nuisance puyos with Henka on:
Point Puyo > clearing them boosts your score, which affects the number of nuisance you send
Hard Puyo > they take multiple clears to change to normal nuisance, then clearing (default is 2, as in, clear them once to change them to normal nuisance, then clear again to remove it)

Jong Bingham I guess so, but sun puyo only spawn from players reflecting garbage.
This then spawns a sun puyo for both sides (and for the one who had garbage reflected at, garbage)
