Gliding is not an option. You have to come from below. First, you catch the underground train, then jump on the dark side, take the stairs up and you'll get to a train station with no train. On the upper level there is a station with a train. Get up there with jump booster (it is hard even with the jump booster). Then there is an elite and then 6 of gnawlers. Kill all of them. Then go up the stairs quietly, because there are ghost-ballon-heads-patrols everywhere. They are invincible and do a lot of damage. On the highest floor is the mystic crate.
