      Taksim da order hon de baad hi Nishan dehi hundi hai. Is naal hise wakhre kite jaande han. You should bring it to the notice of the concerned Revenue Officer where the partition case is in progress.

    What is the situation where a co sharer made cattle shed n motor connection
    Either that land be excluded from partition or that area be given to that person?

      In the context of partition of property among co-sharers, if one co-sharer has made significant improvements, such as constructing a cattle shed or establishing a motor connection, in such a case the co-sharer who has made these improvements may request before the Judge for exclusion of that portion of land from the partition. However, it is the complete discretion of the concerned court to decide upon such partition, after conducting the preliminary enquiry by the official to find out whether the claim is genuine or false.

      Iss situation vich, court di order di mutabik, kanugo kabza dilawega te jis layi oh police di maddad le sakda hai. Fir vi je, opposite party kabza nahi dendi, tan Revenue authority nu application likh k deni payegi ki current situation ki hai and accordingly, revenue authority order pass kar denge.

    Complained to NRI police Jalandhar about forced possession of agriculture land with threats in May 2021 , but nearly two years later not any nearer to conclusion . Some lawyers say complaint to NRI Police is correct step but some say Police have no powers to evict. Do not know who is right or wrong. Land was given on 12 months lease but tenant refusing to vacate or paying rent since 2021.

      It is enunciated under sub - section 1 of section 115 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887. This section was amended by Punjab Government vide Gazette Notification dated 10.12.2020.

      J property da owner ek banda h ta kabja karan vale da koi haq nai banda othe rehan da. Property da owner legally apni jagah khali karva sakda h. Patwari kol koi haq nahi hai faisla karan da..

      A Khasra Girdawari is a legal document and a revenue record which is used to specify the land and its crop details. And partition of the joint property means dividing the land/property among the individual owners/sharers of the same.
      The revenue record i.e., Khasra girdawari may reflect as to who is in possession of the said land, name of cultivator, land/khasra number, type of land and its crop, etc. Therefore, solely on the basis of the same, no partition can take place. To partition an agricultural land, a proper case has to be filed before the revenue authorities which requires relevant documents pertaining to the land. The documents required to be attached along with the application for the partition suit are latest Jamabandi, Girdawari, Aksijra (Map of entire land to be partitioned), and Naksha Uda (documents showing the share of each party in the land to be partitioned).

    After the order of the Revenue officer , the copy of the order has been applied but the copy is not issued because the order has not been written by the Revenue Officer and the opponent party manages to get the instrument of partition on 30th day by hook or crook what is the remedy for the party who wants to file the appeal

      Insofar as the right to appeal is concerned, every person has the right to appeal against the order of any judicial officer within the limitation period. Regardless of the fact that the order has been procured by the opposite party. The limitation period for appeal starts from the date on which the parties receive the order’s copy.

      Such action is generally taken after the crop has been harvested. However, if the party agrees to pay the cost of the sown crop, possession can be taken.

      You can get private partition affirmed by the Revenue Officer u/s. 123 of Punjab Land Revenue Act and then the Patwari or Girdawar will record such partition.

      @@ranjitsinghsivia6380 Hanji Partition order ton baad appeal paa sakde ho Superior court de vich within 15 days. In your case, more than one year has elapsed after partition order. However, appeal can still be filed along with delay condonation application. Power to condone delay lies with the court.
