I had everything set up but it wasnt working so I thought the steering wheel isn’t compatible with my ps5 but as soon as he pressed the ps button on the steering wheel I did the same and then it finally worked so Thank to this guy
@@boat208 I was able able to get it to work by powering everything down (PS5 & G29), moving the "PC v. PS3" switch on top of the steering wheel to "PC" from "PS3", and powering everything back on again. For some reason my PS5 would only recognize it when on the PC setting

I plugged USB in made sure it's solid, I plugged power source in. Steering wheel spins and calibrated itself. Yes but I recommend you to bay the wheel when it’s on sale it is kind often so lock out for it and for the shifter you can use the Logitech shifter but I don’t like it because of the quliti but for the price it is kind worth it

@@ramviru6112 g29 works god both on pc and console but on pc you can monitor your wheel customise sapertly from the game but on console you can only change the wheel example by steering wheel angel of the game you play. The g29 is perfect wheel if not the best out there you can bay for pc/console
I have ps4. I connected the same way but and when i plug in shifter the wheel wont work and when i unplug shifter the whell works again. But when i unplug the whell shifter works by it self. Idk why but please help meeee……

You only need to connect the power cable to a wall socket and the connect USB bael to the USB port on ps5 both USB ports on the front and on the back forks are fine.

I got a T248 that is not compatible with TH8A (Thrustmaster Logic?) I tried to connect the shifter directly to PS5 playing Dirt5 and it didn't work so this probably works only on PS4 games... which doesn't make sense.

I dont know if this is a common problem, but I've found that when using my G29 on my PS5 I have to do an emediate restart before logging in after turning the system on for the system to recognise the G29? Strange I know, but it works everytime for me! 😁
If the PS5 sees the G29 correctly then it should display the 'Press the PS button on your controller' message and then you should be able to navigate PS5 menus and games should now register the G29 😄👍

If you plug the wheel in to the ports behind the ps5 there is a lot less latency. The rear ports are ultra high speed
