so suppose you have an international flight from Delhi to Japan but you live in Bhopal to reach delhi you choose to take a domestic flight but the problem is that you can carry around 30 kg on international flight but first you will be travelling via a domestic flight with 15 kg of baggage allowance basically Air india says that if you have an international flight within 24 hrs they won’t charge you for extra luggage (i am not aware of this rule but this is what they say in video ) but he got charged for extra luggage so i would advice on confirming it via mail before boarding your flight if you are going to face sane scenario (not on call) that way you can show them the mail as proof if they deny to give you free luggage upgrade

why r u traveling abroad via air india ?? u should only take the flight of that perticular country u r traveling to.
