I think u should focus on the movesets here onwards and system mechanics for combat, Then release an update video breaking down the characters developed instead of just showing off the models with the exact same movesets, The base is right there which is good but now try focusing on working on the characters individually. Also be careful with the size of this project. For your first shot at a GNT Port and putting so many characters puts the project at an insane ceiling for just you alone. Best of wishes
I actually have a to-do list that I’m following, prioritized by importance. These are all the things (literally copy/pasted) I need to complete before pivoting to movesets:
Team HUD (power)
Team HUD (stamina)

Team overdrive scaling
Menu transitions
Royale VS screen
Kumite VS screen
Substitution objects
Tracking shuriken
Giant shuriken
Senbon
Moveable threshold (crisis/handicap)

After all the above items have been completed, will start on Season 1 movesets. Basically once the movesets are done at that point, just add jutsu, effects, story mode and boom! Season 1 is done.

@@jonnycarter46 nah mate, not at all that long. Maybe a few months. Quantity seems high, but these are small things. Some times may take days-weeks while I may knock out 3-4 others on the same day.
@@Itsuchi2It's honestly so incredible seeing not only a fan made clash of ninja game, something I myself always kind of dreamed of working on, but also seeing this with such fantastic quality and seeing the numerous characters they never made playable! And to also see you have a clear cut idea of exactly how you want to go about the whole project is amazing and honestly places a lot of promise! I'd like to also just thank you for making a childhood dream of mine reality, like there are no words to express how absolutely excited I am to see this project completed! I wish the absolute best for this project and your hard work sir!

@@Itsuchi2 sadly I wasn’t since google has nothing but bots giving support 😂 besides the hackers have a security usb which keep a person locked out they account but it was like a backup channel and RUclips is a side fun thing for me so I can just start over from scratch if need be but hope things go well for ya fam

Yep definitely need more effect and more shadowing and details and will done release the game hope the official devoloper notice and make real one
will everyone have english dub voice fx? some of these characters I don't think have had playable appearances
