Superb! But don't buy Mahindra club time share. Booking is not done in a transparent manner, and every year their annual maintenance costs is raised. Instead you can book in club Mahindra as an outsider, though it may be costly.
Very beautifully done video , sir to book in this one we opt for Mount serene or lake view munnar ?
Approximately how many steps to 1bhk ?
Both properties are good. If you want complete silence then Mount Serene is good. Food in Lake view is better. Steps to 1BR is between 15 to 25.

If you are 2 persons then HU will be better. HU’s are in main building which has reception, restaurant and other amenities
