The ice castle is on the north mountain, and we cannot enter it, it’s just a decoration!

may i ask what is the difference betwee tier 1,2,3&4? we’re booking our tickets now in advance but can’t decide what to choose
I believe it is the tier of the prices where I think tier 1 is the least expensive and tier 4 is the most expensive depending on the estimated level of crowds on each day.
