I agree that confidence helps you carry yourself much better than low to zero self confidence. Your self confidence and self esteem do intact affect your appearance. There are people that are gorgeous but their confidence makes them look ugly, and carry themselves in an ugly way.

I think the biggest difference between a confident 10 and a confident 5 is the humbleness. The pink hair girl is saying you should walk with confidence if you're a 10, but you can still walk with confidence as a 5. I do it all the time even though I get compliments all the time, I still consider myself a 5, but I'm confident about it.
