Pontiac Convertible no. 39 Matchbox restoration. Diecast car. Making glass

The Pontiac convertible was produced between 1962 and 1966. My model is from 1964. It was complete, in good condition. Only the glass was missing. I renewed the vehicle completely, and the glass was made by casting the resin in a silicone company on the basis of the original glass. I usually made a replica of the Pontiac box to complete the set, it is a very sought-after toy

Fun fact; the 1960 Pontiac was the last model year without a vertical-split grille, a one-year-only '59 feature that proved so popular that the '61s were hurriedly reworked before production to incorporate it. It was too late to do anything about the '60 since the annual-model-change regime meant committing to tooling for the coming year's models more than a year out, before the public saw or could buy the current models.
