It’s so cool finding someone on the other side of the world making similar content about the same stuff I’m passionate about. Love what you’re doing man! Keep it up!
There are still the people that say pastors and other jobs in the church mean you only work on Sunday. Well the pastor of my church is lucky to have a day off out of 7. He always finds time for me and everyone else at my church and the average attendance of our church is about 80
Yeah it definitely doesn’t mean you’re off every day bar Sunday! Pastors work very hard, I’ve seen it first hand and it’s not an easy job. With youth ministry, though, I always say “it’s easy until it’s not” - because you never know when something happens or comes up that makes it hard. Totally worth it, though. I love doing it.
@@AllThingsTheology I've only done youth camp and volunteer stuff with the church so I know it is not all fun and games..but being able to walk alongside young people makes it that much more meaningful
@@cg0825 yeah it's such a privilege being able to walk alongside young people and help them in their faith and life. Volunteers are so important because you literally can't run anything without them, so major respect to people like yourself who give their time and energy to make it all possible
Oooh potentially, I’ve my next few videos planned but if I do that I’ll let you know. I do have a few other videos about being a youth minister and I talk a bit about it in those
@@simone2404 you can, though when I’m doing devotions myself I tend to do something different. Perhaps when I’m not doing it with work anymore I’ll do it by myself, because I do value it a lot.

Yeah same here, totally awesome! Thanks for commenting, glad to have found your channel!
A Good man of God I am a Christian as well so I appreciate that sermon and the vlog
Awesome, glad you enjoyed it! It's fun making those wee vlogs, must do another one soon

Some amazing filming during that- especially the keepy uppies
Nah it was a bit shaky mate...
All Things Theology Didn’t know a youth worker was able to stay up past midnight when he has work the next day...

Can you talk about your philosophy as a pastor?
I'm just interested.

Do you not pray the Office as part of your daily routine?
O Lord Open Thou Our Lips
The staff team normally do the Anglican Morning Prayer at the start of the day, but we haven't really been meeting that way since covid.
@@AllThingsTheology You can say the daily office yourself though?

What church you teach the youth ministry and what type of church is it
It’s a Church of Ireland (Anglican) church in Bangor where I live
Hmm
Are you a SpongeBob fan ?
Lol why do you ask?
