I suggest you go to each district on the map and see if you got the alien for that district, using the info button. Then try to get the alien again. Something might’ve happened after you got it the first time.

How do I know which one I skipped
When you get to the location, the box will still be closed. Also, you can look on the map and it will show you which district is missing the alien.
