The lead also made the signal, is this a different mechanic in college?

He said to count the basket. That is really all you are supposed to do while communicating that this is basket interference.

@@OfficiatingBornVideos I understand, but since he's not calling a foul, in high school, this call is left up to the center or trail and the lead should not be making any signals in regards to the shot. I don't know all of the college mechanics and was just asking for my own curiousity.
