With all the posts about war, and the end of the world coming...people need to see other people living naturally and doing simple, peaceful things. So I am seeking out your kind of channel. I once lived in Sweden long ago. Tack! Hope you've already lived though a few winters there, not easy.
I'm glad you are here, Craig ❤🥰 I hope my content brings peace and joy during these worrisome times. I believe the job of an artist is to share the beauty in the world. Art truly has the power to heal. Where in Sweden did you live? I was here in January and February and it was cold. But this will be my first winter living in this beautiful old house... close to 200 years old. I hear it's going to be a cold winter so I'm already prepping the house for snow and minus temperatures ❄️
@@annikaalexandra I lived in Gamla Stan and other places in and outside of Stockholm, also in Uppsala. Being from California the adjustment to the long, cold, dark winters were a bit too much for me. Though Sweden is cold, many places in the US are a lot colder even though Sverige is farther north. Well, I wish you the best, your artwork is a great way to forget the winter.
@CraigAnderson-h2h Or embracing the winter 🥰 I find each season inspiring because it reflects my inner journey 🦋 One big reason why I moved to Sweden was to embrace the cycle of nature. I am actually born in Redondo Beach California! Nice to meet a fellow Californian. I LOVE California nature. I spent some months there last year riding horses, taking photos in nature, hiking in big bear, skiing in lake tahoe. Beautiful state! Gamla Stan is beautiful, I can understand it being too cold and dark for you. Stockholm is beautiful but I'm biased so I'm a Gothenburg girl
@@annikaalexandra I've lived in Tahoe, my favorite place. But stuck in Vegas and would you believe it was 100 degrees yesterday, today and for another week. I know it is quite different there. Anyway, I look forward to see how you like the winter. Hey, prata du liten Svensk?
@@CraigAnderson-h2h Ja ja men, jag pratar Svenska! :) Du också? Min pappa är Svensk och jag va uppväxt i Sverige som barn. Jag flyttade till England när jag va 10 år. I heard from my friend who lives in SF that California is experiencing an intense heat wave. I hope it cools down soon.
