Your visitor appears to be a Treefrog with that nice dark eye stripe. The county location in California will pinpoint which type. Del Norte and far north portion of Humboldt then 'Pacific Treefrog', If southern part of Humboldt thru Santa Luis Obispo then 'Sierra Treefrog', if Santa Barbara and counties south than a 'Baja Treefrog'. I googled it as was so cute , easy for me to say as was not jumping around in my home !
