Here is the method.
1- Keep a glass of water by your side-
2- Close your eyes-
3- Imagine yourself in front of Allah-
4- Listen to this Surah Rahman-
5- When the surah is completed, open your eyes-
6- Drink half a glass of water-
7- Then close your eyes-
8- Say Allah three times in your heart-
9- Then open your eyes - Now drink the remaining water in three sips -
Do this process 3 times a day and do it for seven days - if you don't have any disease, then do it once more, disease will stay away from you - Inshallah -
