"Ladies and gentlemen, this next piece that we will play is Polumnia Omnia. This describes the story of a puppet ascending to Divinity, only to lose it all in the end. Witness the story of Kunikushi, The Balladeer, as he transforms into Shouki No Kami, The Everlasting Lord Of Arcane Wisdom. Witness a battle of the divine and hear the words of a God. Enjoy the performance."

As much as i love the original theme, i love this orchestra opera style the most. Esp the singer here, love the strong vocal. ❤

Is this Latin? the singer really did a good job on this one, very emotional.

I do wish they chose a lighter vocalist for this, his singing is beautiful but alot of the vulnerability of Scaramouche from the original is lost here because of how deep the singer's voice is

I remember saying the same thing on MarcoMeatball's reaction to the first version of this. Marco also mentioned that both he and Paolo, being of a bass voice, would be bad casts for singing Polumnia Omnia, as this song needs a tenor like Yu Peng Chen as you've said.
Though to be fair I liked this version far more than the initial one sang by the same singer, because he actually belted out the high notes here instead of doing a falsetto. He certainly did the absolute best he could despite the mismatch, and is at the highest point of what a bass can do with this song.

Both versions are absolutely beautiful. But I feel like Paolo's singing better represents Scaramouche's rage and anguish in the song, while Yu Peng Chen's represents the sadness and sorrow better. A dream of mine is to hear a duo between these two, one voice being Scaramouche the other being Kabukimono I suppose you could say.
Also I admire Paolo's vast improvement since his first live performance, the difference is amazing and fits the song's energy a whole lot better.
