I used Pro video mode and Telephoto 3x in this video. It was stable since my phone was on selfie stick which is placed on my lap. My setting is ISO between 50-200, Auto Shutter speed, EV -2, Focus Multi, Auto WB, Mic Omni.

Did you try to shoot with 10x or 20x from your seat?
I used telephoto 10x in many songs such as "Know now", "Kangaroo" and "Pado".
