1) Block and disconnect from such a friend.The nigga was carrying out henious crimes.
2) Report to UK police or intepol anonymously with his phone number and address, tell them the crime is active.
3) Publicly shame and expose him with a burner account. Tell him you were hacked.
Is that not the more reason why he should have reported in UK? You know the police is compromised, you are in UK, the guy is wanted in UK and have been sending you evidence yet you couldn't report him under discreet conditions? You could have done in UK. You are part of the system that failed us
