I like eating Lebanese manoush . Sydney looks pretty good at night . The Park Hyat was my favourite hotel . I never stayed at the 4 seasons . Your video was so good , I felt like I was there . Thank you so much for this amazing video on Sydney nightlife.
Did you enjoy the climb? I loved it. They probably explained that they can’t risk any items falling off, being dropped off, or thrown off the bridge and hitting people or cars below.
I actually found London to be okay. But it was August 2013 and it's probably gotten a lot more expensive and less friendly since then. I had spent 2 months struggling with the language barrier from Turkey, through Greece to Italy and then France, so it was a nice change to be in an English speaking country for a change. And they speak flawless English in England ;-) ! Best fish and chips was outside Victoria Station. And excellent English was spoken in Holland too. Not so much Spain, Portugal and Morocco. Luckily I have rudimentary high school French which came in handy in all the Romance language countries. Sydney is fun to visit but not so much to live.
I live in Sydney and absolutely love it. Fantastic parklands all over the place, super clean, great beaches, a quick drive to the blue mountains, fantastic public transport, excellent schools, hospitals etc etc
It's for safety reasons why you're not allowed to carry anything on you while doing the Bridge Climb. Anything dropped from that height could cause an accident or worse could be fatal. Also, just an interesting side note: that end of George Street where there was a girl busking is the Chinatown end, hence the feel of being in an Asian city. You could tell the difference when you get to the other end of George Street towards the Rocks/Harbour. Hope you had a blast.
