Hecarim, Leona, gragas all want to dive into their opponent. So any champ with peel is really good here. Ivern shields, aoe knockups, roots really disrupt the dive comp. Also tank gragas doesnt exert a lot of 1v1 pressure so Ivern can relax and scale up in lane. So lets say enemy had Renekton isntead of Gragas, Lulu wouldve been better than ivern.
I mean analysts and coachs arent high ranked players. Not top ladders. Its just that they analyze the game they understand it and strategize it. Idk how to say that sorry if im being confusing but he dont have to be a good player to understand well the game and be a coach of a big team or whatever

I understand it's hard for the casual viewer to understand that he is the 'performance coach' of the esport trying to find edges within the game to exploit the last 20 gold on the map (and that's why he shouts out every minimal mistake). Since he started preaching the wave freeze and the eco recalls you can see many pros including in their gameplay for example. His live view is technical and it's not for someone who wants to enjoy the game as it is, for that there is the LEC streaming.
Love to see this guys pretending they know how G2 should play better than G2's coach staff and players. Analysts in this game are so cocky, wish we could see this guys who knows better than wunder and caps how to play their lane playing against them.
