I am sorry but even the last time when you got chop,you didn't take care of him. Rottweilers require distinct care different than other breeds. If not taken care of then they become aggressive. You just got him because your wishful thinking and then hardly did anything to take care of him or bond with him. Getting a pet doesn't mean tying it away from your house out in the open. You kept him in the scorching sun out in the plot and then it died. You knew that there's a small kid in the house(Chikoo) then you shouldn't have got Chop. Many people who have kids manage pets really well that's because they actually are passionate about their pets and treat them as their own family member unlike you who just uses them for your entertainment and status symbol.
