my lg phone shut down some time ago and it doesn't turn on wen i press the power button and it doesnot show if it's charging wen i connect it to a charger its simply dead. will flashing work?

Yes. It was a used phone in 2014. It is out of use. It has not worked for many years. It was connected by cable to the computer (PC).
