If you have a Volvo XC90 T8 twin, Volvo on call doesn't shows the load status of your acuu's, which is a missed change in funcionality. It would be nice if you have a measage on your phone when your car is loaded
This is a very silly question but my car is a little out of sight from my property. If I want to get the heating started before work, will it stay locked or will it unlock itself when I start the engine? I got my volvo xc40 yesterday but have only just got the pin for the Volvo on Call!
Your video fails to mention that this does not work reliably and seemingly needs a dealer reset after a few failed attempts to get it to work again. Would be great if you could fix it! as ive found it very handy on cold days on my 3 weeks old XC90. It worked great for 7-10 days and now doesnt work.

leigh skilton I've just ordered one but Volvo don't really advertise it. If it works it will be super handy
It's a great feature when it works. Don't use it if you or the car has a poor mobile signal. Leads to the problems above.

What stupid country allows you to run your engine while eating BREAKFAST?! In Sweden that is not only frowned upon, but also illegal.
I guess you could stay in the car to unfroze your car, or you could do something else, the impact on the environment is the same, innit?
I think unnecessary engine idling is illegal in the UK as well.
In Sweden you have engine heater(motorvärmare) in almost all newer volvo cars and you start it with app to.
