Not likely- Donald X (the designer of Dominion) mentioned on Board Game Geek that he only plans 1 more expansion for Dominion (past Dark Ages).
The prototype of Dominion had a significant board game component- that 1/2 of the game was refined into Kingdom Builder game. He found that the board game component slowed the game down too much, and the deck building was more fun.

I think it looks fun. Just because it's so similar to Dominion doesn't make it a bad game.

Drank it, liked it soso, ok chillout game. Girlfriend loved it, had to like it a little bit more. Now she finally plays realy great games and I mostly play Dominion with a few of my gaming buddys every now and then. Peace.

I have this feeling that the next Dominion expansion will add a board to the game...
