- In this video I talk about having empty nest syndrome what kind of books I’m reading of course the never ending battle of dieting and falling off the wagon. I discuss some community work that I’d like to do on Castlemans disease. Oh I also talk about having a mentor to help during tough times. I just finished glitch and Australian show on Netflix which I loved and I also watched a movie called the last letter from your lover which was absolutely fantastic and you should watch it

Great video...empty nest is sad...but it's what we prepare our children to do..we give them the wisdom, courage, love and independence to stand on there own...I also would like to read more..keep your videos coming..

Hi Maria, Yeah! A car vlog! I love the variety of videos that you are putting out. It gives your audience a better understanding of the "Beautiful Maria bowbia!" Ahhh...empty nest syndrome. Well, Dylan is back home for a minute but I agree about the quietness of when the kids arent around. Thank God for RUclips! I would play some of the family vlog channels just to have background noise. As far as what to do...You are a natural at making videos and people love you with what ever content you put out. Lol you crack me up. No filter I love it! On a different note The lodge at Woodlock Is amazing. There’s two sides the family side and the spa side I’m not sure which one you called on the spa is very romantic and just an amazing experience. I don’t know about for Thanksgiving but if you do like a Sunday through Monday night it’s usually a bit cheaper it’s totally worth it!

I am so thankful for your videos! You make me laugh! I get what your are saying about the holidays. Our kids are grown now and everything is different. Have you considered renting a condo in Flagler Beach, Florida for the holidays? Some are reasonably priced. Just a thought!

Hi Maria I had empty nest syndrome years ago and it was hard, I let myself go and I was depressed then I got sick. Then I realized that I need to take care of myself because I'm more than a mom I'm every woman. I'm a wife also so I had to pick myself up and go forward. God Bless you. And looking back on your life is a normal progression of life but say no to guilt and shame cause yesterday is gone and all we have is today.
Awww thank you so much for sharing that with me. I am finding myself getting depressed. I have not shared everything with you guys but I will when the time is right. It’s been a rough year for me. Having this channel is such an outlet. I feel that sharing true experiences can help me and other women heal. I am so glad that you were able to overcome your depression. I don’t think going through menopause is helping me either! I am going to keep on fighting the good fight! I am a optimistic fool😘
@@ChunkyMarinara24 I'm 59 this year and I haven't overcome depression but it can't overcome me either cause everyday I wake up I try to be ok and if I'm not that's ok too. God can take it if I'm a little depressed and yet he loves me and he loves you. I used to think my husband could make me happy but he can't I just have to decide to be happy. I pray all of us beautiful women would know that we are so special.
Maria with your talent and great personality you can share more time with your hubby. Work on your weight loss and beauty which you are beautiful and continue.you have friends so meet and hangout. Like once a week or two week.continue your excise and read is good . Have a glass of wine with your hubby . This is the time to hangout with him. Hangout with your mom and have a mother and daughter time. There so many things to do. @@ChunkyMarinara24 I really don’t have a lot of time just different stuff to do I do like to play and listen to stuff on my iPad my daughter always wants me to hang out and do things with her I love to sit and swim in the pool and ketchup with my sister with news and I do work at our family business and time flys I wish I could have you over that’s why I enjoy your videos I feel like I’m there with you ❗️❗️🙋🏻♀️❤️have a great day❗️
