I've grown up eating and making swedish Christmas rice pudding. Which once you cook the rice you pour the milk in and stir until you become one with the stove (45 minutes, milk evaporates and thickens). So learning there is a rice pudding where the milk take 15 minutes to evaporate and thicken is wild

I've grown up eating and making swedish Christmas rice pudding. Which once you cook the rice you pour the milk in and stir until you become one with the stove (45 minutes, milk evaporates and thickens). So learning there is a rice pudding where the milk take 15 minutes to evaporate and thicken is wild

Pate isn't cruel, it's just paste made of meat I believe. The food you're thinking of is Foie gras, which is likely what it is.
@lacytaylor1501 That's interesting. The worry about pâté, is about foie gras-style pâté. Which is a certain type of pâté. But because of this, foie gras production is banned in many countries (including the UK, Germany, Norway, parts of Australia, etc.). I learned something new by looking that up, so thanks 👍✨️
