video length is just 40 minutes 17 seconds and He covers complete banking sector. If someone try to read it own its own than it consumes too much time, & bulky takes somewhere else for your PhD in that particular section.
Apart if someone join a renowned coaching sector than first, they will not cover all of these topics and if covers than takes 4-5 classes of 3 hours each. Mr. Patel is like #maharaja express.

@@teenanaik3596 if you are fresher then only some videos are relevant like evolution of banking system, bank rate, crr slr, classification of financial institution and some other... Dont watch all videos. Watch only those which explains the basic economic concepts
Alternatively you can watch mrunal videos which he uploaded in April may 2017.

@@GREAT-INDIAN-TRAVELLER hello. I haven't watched all the videos, so can't say which one to watch. This you have to decide about which topic you don't know. See whether a topic is relevant today or not e.g 14th finance commission is not relevant, harshad Mehta scam etc not relevant (see sardha chit fund scam) Budget, economic survey 2015 not needed, foreign trade policy 2015 irrelevant. So you check if any topic is still in news, you can watch it. Rest watch only concept related videos.

@@teenanaik3596 @Aspirant queen Economics from UPSC point of view is dynamic. videos can be used for static part after which only dynamics can be followed. I think these lectures can be used for conceptual clarity of static portions while using a coaching centre note/standard book as primary source.

Narsighm committee reports came in 1991 and RRB formed in 1976 on the recommendation of Narsighm commitee .how?please anybody clarify it.
For RRBs no such Narsimhan committee was formed specifically , it was a recommendation by Narsimhan however during the financial crisis of 1991 a specific committee was formed called Narsimhan committee which then gave its recommendations on solving the issue of financial crisis.

No way , do some analysis to previous year question papers, his lectures are outdated though trends have been changing now upsc doesn't ask such straight forward quest.that you can probably think of covering via these videos, upsc is getting tougher every day ..

RBI lends money to scheduled banks so that they can meet their short term requirements
