    [ ] 1 Chicken Stock Cube
    [ ] Water
    [ ] 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
    [ ] 2 Teaspoon Salt
    [ ] 3 Belle Peppers
    [ ] 2 Teaspoon Herby Garlic mix
    [ ] 1 Tablespoon Curry Patse
    [ ] 1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
    [ ] 1 Tablespoon Crushed Garlic
    [ ] 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce or Worcestershire sauce
    [ ] 1 Tablespoon Paprika
    [ ] 2 Teaspoon Chilli Lime Spice
    [ ] 1 Tablespoon Mother in Law Masala
    [ ] 1 Teaspoon Thyme

      Yep.
      For those that don't know, cut lengthways, cut off the valve as it goes rubbery, and rinse out any of the congealed blood lurking in corners 😁👍

    I love the spices! love making soups but I'm the only one in my Family that eats chicken Hearts or any kind of heart, lol I have found they go really good with beef as well... I don't mind chicken liver either but hate beef liver!!! sooooo hate beef liver! there is no fixing that with spices its just nasty nasty NASTY!!!
